In light of recent events and in acknowledgement of many people feeling at a bit of a loss for what to do, I decided it would be timely to record this special episode.
Whether you are feeling lost, depressed, deflated, or scattered (or just need an infusion of hope and momentum), this episode gives fourteen ways to step forward.

3) Love on a pet/animal kiddos.
4) Make sure to take care of yourself.
5) Volunteer (for example, at a hotline, local organization for change, or at a shelter).
