Feeling Powerless? Here’s How to Take Back Your Strength.

With the world - and our lives - feeling tossed, it is easy to feel weak, disempowered, vulnerable, and at a loss for what to do. We start to turn inward, bury ourselves, blame our “shortcomings,” or fight amongst one another. 

But we have strength. SO much strength. We just need to realize and remember it.

There are those in power who want us to feel powerless. Yet we are anything but.

This episode is a reminder of what strength we have (I point to 5 major things you can use straightaway) - what we have built, what we are learning by getting through every day, and what we can choose to become in order to be even more powerful for our causes of good (and to simply get by and feel better). 

This episode is also a much-needed bit of light, of hope, and a lift, to help us stay the course, feel less alone, get on track, and believe in ourselves and one another, and the power that we all have to make things right.
